How we handle your data

PDF workspace

Every PDF tool, in one calm window.

Merge, split, compress, convert and sign. Pick a tool, or drop your PDFs into Merge PDF below.

Merge PDF

Merge PDF files into one document in the order you set. Add a cover, a report and an appendix, then save the combined file.

Two PDFs contain three labeled pages each. The output should contain six pages in the file order or alternating order you choose.

A practical guide

Put several files into one document.

  1. Add the PDF files and drag them into the order you want.
  2. Keep the option that appends each file as a whole.
  3. Run the task, then page through the result before you save it.

Try this example

Add a one-page cover, a 12-page contract and a 3-page appendix, in that order. The merged file has 16 pages; check that the appendix is last.

Before

  • Report
  • Appendix

After
