How we handle your dataMerge Odd and Even PDF Pages
Combine front and back page scans from two PDFs into one file, taking one page from each in turn. Reverse the second file if needed.
Two PDFs contain three labeled pages each. The output should contain six pages in the file order or alternating order you choose.

A practical guide
Join fronts and backs in reading order.
- Add exactly two PDFs: the fronts first, then the backs.
- Under Page sequence, choose Alternate; reverse second file if the backs were scanned last page first.
- Run the task and check the first few pages of the result.
Try this example
A scanner made one file with fronts 1, 3, 5 and another with backs 6, 4, 2. Reverse the second file and the result reads 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
Before
- Fronts 1,3,5
- Backs 6,4,2
After
- 1
- 2
- 3
- 4
- 5
- 6
Before you start: Exactly two PDFs are used, up to 200 pages in total. Extra pages from the longer file are added at the end. Check the page order before you share the file.
Review page orderWhat you get
