A practical guide
Put your logo on the document.
- Add the PDF and a PNG or JPG logo.
- Choose the pages, width, position and opacity.
- Run the task and check the marked pages.
Try this example
Place a PNG logo in the top right corner of every page of a 10-page quote. A transparent PNG blends into the page, and a JPG keeps its background.
Before
- Report
- PNG/JPG logo
After
- Report with logoLOGO
Before you start: The logo file is limited to 5 MiB. It sits on top of the page and does not remove content. Signatures may become invalid.
Add a text status markWhat you get
Place a PNG or JPG logo on selected PDF pages. Set size, position and opacity. PNG transparency is preserved; JPG backgrounds stay visible.
Limits and important details
One PNG/JPG overlay, up to 5 MiB and 4 MP. PNG transparency and JPG backgrounds remain; no EXIF correction. Width is a percent of the visible page; height fits within 90%. Target pages are positions starting at 1. A logo does not remove underlying content or protect the PDF; existing digital signatures may be invalidated.
Example
Load the sample PDF and sample logo separately. Set Overlay pages to 1 and add the logo. Check that only page 1 contains the mark and all six pages remain in order. A logo is not redaction or protection.
