A practical guide

Print more than one page on a sheet.

  1. Add the PDF and choose A4 or Letter.
  2. Select how many pages go on each sheet.
  3. Run the task and check that the small text is readable.

Try this example

Turn a 30-slide deck exported to PDF into a handout with 6 slides per sheet. The result has 5 sheets, and you can print it on paper.

Before you start: Pages keep their proportions, so more pages per sheet means smaller text. Check the print size before you print.
