How we handle your data

Create PDF Form

Create a fillable PDF form by adding text, multi-line and checkbox fields to a file at the positions you list in percent.

Six labeled pages. Enter Name | text | 1 | 10 | 20 | 50 | 5, check placement, create the form and type into the field in a PDF viewer.

Your documents stay on this device. Tool downloads and usage statistics do not include file contents.

A practical guide

Turn a page into a form.

  1. Add the PDF that should become a form.
  2. List each field with its name, type, page and position.
  3. Create the form and test every field in a PDF viewer.

Try this example

A one-page sign-up sheet gets three fields: a name, a comment box and a checkbox. List them, run the task and fill the new file in your viewer.

Before

  • Printed application form

After

  • Fillable fields: Name, Date, Agree
Input and expected output for this task. Illustrative example.

Before you start: Up to 100 fields of three types. Positions are percentages of the page, so test placement. Dropdown fields are not available.
