What to expect
Text, images and page layout are converted together. Fonts and complex formatting may differ from your Office editor; check your PDF before sharing.
Slides are exported as static PDF pages. Animations, video and transitions do not remain interactive.
Large documents may exceed your device’s available memory. If conversion fails, try a smaller document or another device.

A practical guide
Export a slide deck to PDF.
- Open a PPTX presentation.
- Start the conversion and wait for the PDF to be ready.
- Download the PDF and page through the slides to check titles and images.
Try this example
Convert a 30-slide PPTX deck and confirm that the slide titles, the chart images and the page count match the presentation.
Before you start: Only PPTX is accepted. Animations and transitions are not kept, and a missing font is replaced, which can change text wrapping.
