A practical guide
Save pages as ordinary picture files.
- Add the PDF and enter the page positions to export.
- Choose the resolution of the images.
- Run the task, then open the ZIP and look at each picture.
Try this example
Export pages 1-3 of a 30-page brochure as JPG. The ZIP has three images, one for each page, that you can put on a web page or in a message.
Before
- Pages 1-2
After
- 2 JPGs in ZIP
Before you start: Up to 20 pages per run. JPG compression is lossy, and the text on the images is not searchable. This exports whole pages.
Combine images into a PDFWhat you get
Render selected PDF pages as JPG images in a ZIP. This exports whole pages, not embedded pictures.
Limits and important details
10 MiB input, 200 source pages, 20 selected pages, 4 MP per page/image, 24 MP total and 48 MiB ZIP; extraction also caps at 100 images. Stencil masks and grouped inline images are unsupported. Extraction excludes annotation appearances and does not apply page clipping, rotation or overlays; hidden image areas may be included. Repeats are deduplicated within each page only. Complex PDFs can need more memory. No OCR; ZIP is not PDF input.
Example
Export pages 1-2 as JPG. Unpack the ZIP and check two .jpg files; text is rendered into pictures, not editable text.
