A practical guide
Place your signature on the page.
- Add the PDF and create or upload your signature.
- Choose the page, then set the position and size.
- Run the task and check the mark on the page.
Try this example
Sign page 3 of a 3-page agreement. Upload a PNG of your signature, put it on the signature line at a small size and save a signed copy.
Before
- Unsigned copy
After
- Visible signature image
Before you start: This is a picture on the page. It has no certificate, does not prove identity and may invalidate a signature already in the file.
Inspect the stamped copyWhat you get
A local drawing or PNG/JPG visual signature with page, width, position and opacity controls, or a typed label/name/date stamp. Drawings are cropped to their ink bounds.
Limits and important details
No certificate, identity verification or signature requests; existing digital signatures may be invalidated. Images: 5 MiB/4 MP. PNG transparency and JPG backgrounds remain. Typed stamps support Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean letters. Not redaction. Small or unsupported page geometry is rejected.
Example
Set Overlay pages to 2 and position to 95 / 95 for bottom-right placement. Select Sign PDF, then inspect Preview latest PDF. Clear workspace removes retained documents and drawing state.
