Try an example
Choose Fill in an example: three packs of paper at 12.50 and three ink cartridges at 32.50 give a subtotal of 135.00, tax at 10% of 13.50 and a total of 148.50.
What to expect
Amounts use two decimals. Each line is quantity × unit price, rounded half up to the cent; tax is the rate applied to the subtotal and rounded the same way. Quantities can have up to three decimals, for example 1.5 hours.
The PDF uses the standard Helvetica font for English and Western European text and embeds Noto Sans fonts for other Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean letters. If you type characters these fonts cannot write, such as emoji, the page names them and does not create the file. The layout is a plain professional template; check tax rules and required invoice details for your country before sending.
Your entries are kept only while this page is open. Reloading or closing the page clears them.
